Where are we located?
Ocean OT is located on the Sunshine Coast in QLD, in the Buderim to Noosa area.
We believe therapy should be provided in the family home, a local area, or at school/daycare.
This ensures that a client and family centred approach is used and everyone feels safe in a well known space.
Sophie Bell - Occupational Therapist
Sophie grew up in beautiful Queensland on the Sunshine Coast. This is also where she completed her Bachelors in Occupational Therapy - Honours.
Sophie has experience in the paediatric field working primarily with the neurodiverse community. Sophie loves nature and integrating this in therapy.
Sophie has worked on the South Coast of NSW for the past 6 years, and is returning to her home town.
Therapy Approaches
Sophie uses a range of evidenced based therapy to achieve client's individualised goals.
Sophie's approach focuses on being:

- And most importantly play.
Sophie believes goals are best addressed in the clients safe and natural areas such as home, school or the community.
